Yes. We offer full concierge assistance — including hotel bookings, airport pickup, and on-site translation. While we can help with flight bookings through a third-party travel agency, administrative charges will apply. For this reason, we generally recommend that patients arrange their own flights directly for greater flexibility and cost savings.
Most SEA nationalities (e.g., Singapore, Malaysia) can enter Korea visa-free for short stays. We’ll inform you if any visa support is needed.
